Hi! I’m Jess — a woman who’s been where you are. I have spent the last 20ish years (who’s counting?) building my career I’m proud of, fighting burnout with nothing but sheer grit (and a lot of coffee), while juggling motherhood, life, and personal ambitions.

I’ve faced severe burnout, exhaustion, weight fluctuations, and the daily hustle stress, all of which led to an autoimmune disorder, which finally pushed me to find a way to take care of myself while managing my busy life.

So I understand what it really takes to be successful in your career, manage a household, raise children, and find time for your health, wellness, and personal ambitions.

I know what it’s like to try every diet lifestyle that’s out there, including detoxes that limit what I can eat to just a few items or force me to drink nothing but liquids for days. All with the promise of feeling better!

That might work for some people, but truth be told, it’s never worked for me.

So let’s cut the crap of what the mainstream media is telling you: balancing a career, family, and health isn’t about adding a few wellness tips or taking a spa day with your girlfriends. It’s about making real, no-nonsense changes to manage the chaos and actually live a healthy life. I’ve been there, done that, and I know what it takes. No sugarcoating, just straight-up results.

I became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach back in 2018, driven by a personal quest to fix my own health, stress, and that gnawing feeling of being lost in my purpose. Little did I know, I’d fall head over heels for how mind-blowingly brilliant the human body is—and how food has the power to heal like nothing else!

As I dove deeper, I couldn’t unsee how stacked the deck is against our health (especially for women). We're expected to juggle it all while the world around us isn’t exactly rooting for our wellness. That’s when my mission to educate and empower high-achieving women kicked into overdrive.

With my certifications as an IIN Nutritional Health Coach and years as an Executive Marketing Leader, I crafted my unique coaching approach for high-achieving women that blends science-based know-how with real-life experience. My approach? It’s made for my sisters out there who don’t have time for fluff, but want real, practical strategies to crush their health goals while managing their demanding, busy lives.

I understand the struggle of balancing a fast-paced career and lifestyle with health goals and challenges, like my own Hashimoto’s diagnosis.

I’ve tested every diet, and wellness trend (long-term and short-term) under the sun, but what I really needed was something sustainable, practical, and doable for my busy lifestyle.

This is what led me to develop practical, and realistic, health programs that honor busy schedules and support holistic wellness with proven strategies that last a lifetime!
