Fighting the patriarchy by showing women that wellness isn’t self-care Sundays—it’s breaking free from the systems that drain them.
I believe wellness starts with addressing the mental, physical, and systemic barriers keeping women stuck, overworked, undervalued, and flat-out exhausted across their work, health, and personal lives.
This isn’t just about “self-care”, it’s about building systems that actually work for women so they can thrive in their careers, be energized in their health, live with autonomy, and experience real freedom in their lives.
So They Say You Can “Have it all”
For starters…who is “they”?
This is a question I have always wondered about. Who are the “they” who determine what we should or shouldn’t do, or what we can or can’t have?
I have yet to meet a woman with a career who feels confident in “having it all” while also not feeling like they are failing in at least one aspect of her life.
If this resonates with you, then let me say “Well HEY there! You are NOT alone!” And because you managed to land here on my little slice of the internet, then you are likely a woman with a career who is seeking support in navigating the intersection of your career ambitions and your personal well-being. Welcome!
As an executive marketing leader, health coach, and single mom, I understand what it takes to create personal and professional success while balancing the demands of business, family, and health. But it hasn’t always been that way…
I have spent the last 20+ years building my career while raising my children and navigating my personal health and ambitions.
On the rollercoaster ride that is being a working, single mom, I face challenges with being present with my kids, feeling like I am not enough in my career, losing my sense of self in pursuit of completing the never-ending to-do list (that is 99% filled with to-dos that make other people’s life easier, not mine), and faced with health challenges.
While my career grew in success, my health and well-being hit a few roadblocks. It is all too easy to put personal health and wellness on the back burner and as that “thing we will get to someday”. Well, my “someday” came crashing into my life in the midst of life after a divorce, a career change, and the news of a life-changing health diagnosis.
This led me to find and fall in love with the power of integrative health and wellness, because it is far more than a bandaid or a quick fix, it is an all-inclusive approach to tackling health based on every aspect of your life. And guess what I learned? 👇🏻
Unpopular opinion, but, you CAN’T have it all! Well, not all at once. Not if you want to live a life where you feel healthy, focused, and in line with your purpose. Instead, your intentions and focus must ebb and flow with each stage and phase of your life.
In navigating the ever-evolving landscape of health, career, family, and life, I developed my unique coaching approach:
I specialize in helping high-achieving women establish holistic health habits and routines in their lives by implementing systems that work for them, not against them. This allows you to reclaim your energy, conquer the stress in your life, and take control of your health—without the overwhelm and unrealistic expectations.
